5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Java enterprise application development.
Solid experience in Core Java, OOPS, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
Solid knowledge of Java 8+, Collections, Concurrency, and Multithreading.
Experience in building RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
Working experience in system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
Positive understanding of SQL and strong problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Apache Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or other asynchronous communication tools.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
Knowledge of Redis, JWT/Auth, caching frameworks, and application monitoring.
Experience with enterprise servers like Tomcat and JBoss is an advantage.
Banking domain experience preferred.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor is a plus.
