Job Description:

Primary Skills - ITSM, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, SecOps
- ServiceNow Module Management:
Implement, configure, and maintain ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
Manage ITOM components (CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CMDB Integrations).
Handle SecOps modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response) and integrations (e.g., Qualys).
Support CSM, SPM (including Time Tracking), EA, HAM, Service Portal.
- Custom Applications:
Develop and maintain custom apps (Prime has 2 custom apps).
Build and enhance Service Portal experiences.
- Automation & Integrations:
Utilize Automation Engine and Integration Hub for workflow automation.
Develop integrations using web services (REST & SOAP) and APIs.
- Platform Maintenance:
Perform version upgrades and monthly patch updates.
Provide regular production support, incident resolution, and platform health checks.
- Scripting & Development:
Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL.
Develop UI components and client/server scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- General Support:
Handle tasks, incidents, and service requests related to ServiceNow.
