Position: MEP Engineer
Industry: Civil Construction / EPC
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities at construction site.
- Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural and finishing teams to avoid clashes and rework.
- Supervise electrical works, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, HVAC and other building services.
- Review MEP drawings and identify site coordination issues before execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.
- Verify sleeves, openings, shafts, embedded services and service routes before civil works are completed.
- Support preparation and verification of as-built drawings, O&M; documents and handover records.

Candidate Requirements




- Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP execution at building construction sites.
- Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and coordinate MEP, civil and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and basic project planning tools.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage MEP contractors and site activities.
- Experience in EPC, CPWD, Government, Hospital, Commercial or Institutional projects will be preferred.

Preference: Candidates with experience in large HIGH RISE building projects involving multiple MEP services and strong civil-MEP coordination.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
