Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for architectural and design services.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry platforms.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors.

•Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and service offerings to prospective clients.

•Coordinate with the design and technical teams to understand project requirements and client expectations.

•Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with company objectives.

•Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the architecture and real estate space.

•Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and regular reporting on business pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.





•6 years of experience in business development, preferably in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction firms.

•Strong understanding of architectural services and project lifecycles.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•Proven ability to close high-value projects and manage long-term client relationships.

•Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

•Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal documentation.
