Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of inventory records.
- Provide support for FMCG operations, retail management, and stores maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties related to store supervision, retail operations, and inventory control.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in FMCG industry or similar field (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
