Position Overview

FML Hospitality is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager — F&B; Hospitality to oversee the operational performance of multiple outlets across the group.

This is a senior multi-unit leadership role, designed for a hospitality professional with 8+ years of experience who understands premium F&B; operations, team leadership, guest experience, financial performance and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Outlet Operations

* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple FML Hospitality outlets.

* Ensure consistent service, hospitality, food quality and operational standards.

* Conduct regular outlet visits, audits and performance reviews.

* Work closely with Outlet Managers, General Managers and department heads.

* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action.

* Create and maintain group-wide SOPs and operating standards.

* Ensure smooth coordination between FOH, BOH, bar, kitchen and support teams.

Business & Financial Performance





* Take ownership of operational performance and outlet profitability.

* Monitor revenue, covers, AOV, table turnover and sales trends.

* Track food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, wastage and inventory variance.

* Analyse outlet P&Ls; and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve margins.

* Maintain cost discipline without compromising guest experience.

* Set operational KPIs and hold outlet leadership accountable.

Guest Experience

* Establish a consistent premium guest experience across all locations.

* Monitor service quality, hospitality, speed and presentation.

* Analyse guest feedback, reviews and complaints.

* Implement systems to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

* Personally oversee significant guest experiences, VIPs and high-value occasions when required.
