RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage accounting-related data, including portfolio investment information and investor-specific data
- Develop a deep understanding of investment accounting principles and associated data processes
- Perform business analysis to document requirements and manage technology projects from inception through delivery
- Lead process improvement initiatives for operational and accounting teams
- Drive data stewardship efforts: ensure investment data is properly structured, develop data quality controls, and document and validate data lineage
- Build reporting and dashboards within BI tools to support investor and firm-wide initiatives for the finance team
- Assist in ongoing performance reporting initiatives
- Implement recent technology and vendor solutions in coordination with the finance and technology teams

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in a finance, operations, or data-focused role within investment management




- Experience with technology implementations, including vendor onboarding and system integrations
- Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve workflows and drive operational innovation
- Required proficiency in SQL, Python, Jira, and BI tools (e.g., Sigma Computing, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience with investment management platforms such as Allvue, Geneva, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of investment management concepts and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
