REQUIREMENT:
We are hiring experience 7+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Operations Support roles.
Robust understanding of Financial Markets, including:
Futures & Options
Equities
Derivatives Trading
Order Management Systems (OMS)
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.
Experience supporting Java/J2EE-based applications.
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills with:
Sybase
Oracle
PostgreSQL
MS SQL Server
Experience supporting applications deployed in both Cloud and On-Premises environments.
Valuable understanding of networking fundamentals and file transfer technologies:




SFTP
MQ
APIs
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience using ticketing and service management tools such as:
BMC Remedy
Jira Service Desk
Similar ITSM platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of trading platforms, market operations, and order lifecycle management.
Understanding of ITIL Service Operations framework and best practices.
Experience working with global teams and distributed support models.
Strong documentation and process improvement mindset.
Demonstrated ability to learn recent technologies and business domains quickly.
