Job Title: MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily operational

reporting, prepare performance dashboards, analyze business data, and support management with

accurate and timely MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in

Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Call Center/Dialler Reporting.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
Create operational dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Extract, clean, format, and validate raw data for accurate reporting.




Track team and agent-level performance metrics.
Monitor daily operational performance and identify performance gaps.
Prepare and share timely reports with management.
Monitor dialler reports and analyze call center performance.
Track parameters such as call attempts, connected calls, talk time, AHT, productivity, and

conversions.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure data consistency.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments for data requirements.
Provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
Handle ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
