Job Summary

ARASPL is hiring a Back Office Sales Coordinator exclusively from the Steel / MS Steel / Infrastructure sector. The candidate will manage day-to-day backend sales activities, direct enquiry handling, offer submission, client query/question submissions, and regular offer follow-ups (chase-up).

Key Responsibilities
- Offer Submission: Prepare and submit commercial offers, direct quotations, and technical compliance sheets directly to clients.
- Portal Management: Upload offers, handle client vendor queries, and manage question submissions on Ariba and Procall Portal.
- Offer Chase-Up & Follow-Up: Actively follow up (chase-up) with clients on submitted offers and quotations to drive sales updates.
- Question & Query Handling:



Submit and resolve pre-offer/post-offer questions, commercial clarifications, and technical queries with clients.
- Order & Negotiation Coordination: Coordinate commercial negotiations, PO approvals, Proforma Invoice (PI) generation, and payment follow-ups.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate offer submission logs, negotiation records, and enquiry status trackers in MS Excel.

Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of core experience in Steel, MS Steel Products, Infrastructure, or Metal Fabrication.
- Portal Knowledge: Working knowledge of Ariba Portal and Procall Portal.
- Key Skills: Expertise in direct offer preparation, client chase-up, question handling, and commercial sales coordination.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
