Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-caliber structural engineer to lead our most complex engineering challenges. This is a leadership-track role for a professional who commands deep technical expertise in high-rise systems and possesses the project management acumen to drive delivery from concept to completion. You will serve as a technical anchor, ensuring engineering excellence while shaping the growth of our expanding design team.

What You Will Do
- Learn professional engineering procedures, codes, and company standards.
- Independent Design: Lead the analysis and design of critical structural elements, including shear walls, foundations, and complex framing systems.
- Advanced Modeling: Develop, review, and validate sophisticated structural models using ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD.
- Technical Ownership: Take full accountability for assigned project zones, ensuring designs are safe, effective, and constructible.




- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate directly with architects, MEP consultants, and clients to resolve intricate design issues.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Review structural drawings and reinforcement detailing with BIM teams and provide rapid technical resolutions for site queries.
- Leadership & Quality: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of internal quality standards and engineering workflows.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in structural design for buildings.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and Excel.
- Skillset: Exceptional analytical capabilities combined with practical engineering judgment and a quality-focused approach
