Role Description
The Machine Learning Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kolhapur, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines to support AI-driven products and solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and optimization for performance and scalability.

The role involves collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, designers, and product stakeholders to integrate models into production systems and improve existing AI features. The Machine Learning Engineer will also contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices, while staying current with advances in ML and AI.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Applied expertise in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for data analysis, modeling, and performance evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and up-to-date machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
