A house opening in Noida is looking for the person who will run it.

Balmière is a house of restoration opening in Sector 104 this year. Not a chain, not a franchise, and not another place where a chair turns over every forty minutes. A cut here takes ninety minutes. The wash is the reason some people book. We are building the kind of house guests travel across NCR for, and we are hiring the person who will hold it together, day after day.

This is a founding role. You will not inherit someone else's systems — you will build them, from the first rota to the first guest who rebooks without being asked.

What you'll own
- The floor. The daily rhythm of a 19 to 30 person team across hair, skin, and spa — rotas, coverage, and the standard, held on a full Saturday as firmly as on a quiet Tuesday.
- The guest experience, end to end. Arrival, consultation, service, close, rebooking. You are the person who notices when the pace slips before a guest does.
- The numbers that matter. Rebooking rate, chair utilisation, revenue per chair, retail attach. Reported weekly, honestly,



including the weeks that go badly.
- The team. Hiring alongside the founder, training against our house manual, and building the kind of place senior hands stay at for years.
- Inventory, vendors, scheduling systems, and compliance — the unglamorous half of the job that decides whether the glamorous half works.

Who this is for
- Three or more years managing a premium salon, spa, wellness centre, boutique hotel, or fine-dining floor. We care more about the standard you held than the sector you held it in.
- You can run a rota, read a P&L;, and tell a stylist their work is not positive enough — kindly, and on the same day.
- Fluent English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with booking software and a spreadsheet.
- You have opinions about service. You have noticed things in other places that you would never allow in yours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
