About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Program Manager
to drive complex semiconductor/SoC programs from planning through
silicon tape-out and post-silicon validation
. The role requires strong technical understanding, program ownership, execution excellence, and exceptional stakeholder-management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution for
SoC/ASIC and semiconductor programs
through silicon tape-out and validation.
- Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and Validation.
- Track
tape-out readiness
, technical dependencies, and critical program milestones.
- Manage external vendors, technology partners, foundries, and customers.




- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely escalation across teams.
- Prepare program status updates and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Manage programs involving
Government/PSU/strategic technology stakeholders
, where applicable.

Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in
Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management
, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of
SoC/ASIC development lifecycle and silicon tape-out
.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, risk-management, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams as well as senior business and external stakeholders.
