A glimpse into the role

As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to optimizing DESMI’s sales and technical bid management processes. Your role mainly revolves around leading the end-to-end bid management process for pump system projects, including:
- Reviewing customer specifications, tender documents, datasheets, P&IDs;,



technical requirements, and commercial terms.
- Preparing technically compliant proposals for pump packages, engineered systems, and complete pumping solutions.
- Performing pump selection and hydraulic calculations based on customer operating conditions and application requirements.
- Selecting suitable IEC motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Developing technical bid documentation such as compliance statements, deviations, technical datasheets, equipment schedules, GA drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM).
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical and commercial quotations for motors, panels, automation systems, instrumentation, valves, and auxiliary equipment.
- Evaluating vendor quotations for technical compliance and optimizing solutions for cost, performance, and delivery.
