Immediate Hiring for Pega Developer - KYC & CS Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Pega Platform.
- Work extensively on KYC, Customer Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, and Customer Service
- Develop Pega case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, data models, and integrations.
- Configure Pega Customer Service (CS)capabilities and customer-facing workflows.
- Implement KYC processes including customer identification, verification, due diligence, risk assessment, and remediation workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsand other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams,



and other stakeholders.
- Follow Pega best practices and ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development.
- KYC experience is mandatory.
- Pega Customer Service (CS) experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Pega Case Management, Workflow, Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and UI development.
- Strong understanding of Pega integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP services.
- Experience in application development and implementation using Pega Platform.
- Positive understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
