Salary:
- Fresher: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Group Loan team at the Hapur and Siyana branches. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, field visits, loan promotion, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for group loan products.
- Conduct field visits and generate new customer leads.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to customers.
- Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the branch and internal teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and other requirements.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in sales, field sales, banking, microfinance, or loan services will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Hapur will be preferred.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with field work.
