Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a CNC Programming / SolidWorks Trainee. The candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing CNC programming files using SolidWorks and supporting daily manufacturing requirements.

No prior professional experience is mandatory. Training will be provided to the selected candidate on the required software and work processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate CNC programming files using SolidWorks on a daily basis.
- Understand technical drawings and convert designs into manufacturing-ready files.
- Make necessary design and programming modifications based on production requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of all programming files.
- Coordinate with the production/manufacturing team when required.
- Complete assigned work within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, files,



and revisions.

Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant technical education can apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Candidates from Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, ITI, or related technical backgrounds are preferred.
