10–15 years of experience in publishing/educational publications, preferably with solid exposure to school books.
Robust experience in editorial planning, content development, editing, proofreading and quality control.
Experience handling K–8 school/educational books will be preferred.
Lead and manage a team of editors, writers and freelancers.
Handle manuscript evaluation, curriculum alignment, content review and publication scheduling.
Solid command of English/Hindi language, grammar and educational content.
Coordinate with authors, illustrators, designers, production and marketing teams.
Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency and timely completion of projects.
Experience with CBSE, ICSE or State Board educational publishing will be an advantage.
Responsible for pre-press and post-press coordination, including final content checks, proof approval and quality control before and after printing.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
