Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with solid hands-on experience in Google Ads and working with multiple ad partners. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ad monetization, performance optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and manage Google Ads within Android applications.
Build a reusable, universal ad module supporting multiple ad formats and ad networks.
Design and implement adaptable waterfall logic for productive ad mediation.
Optimize ad performance across multiple ad networks to maximize revenue and fill rates.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and user behavior to improve monetization strategies.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance ad delivery, latency, and user experience.
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine ad strategies based on data insights.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads SDK and ad mediation platforms.




Experience working with multiple ad networks and formats (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, etc.).
Proven ability to optimize ad performance and revenue.
Solid background in mathematics and data analysis for performance evaluation and strategy optimization.
Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and A/B testing.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building custom ad mediation or waterfall logic.
Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
Experience in handling large-scale apps with high traffic.
