Job Description – Performance Marketer

We are seeking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better performance
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and conversions
Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve lead generation goals

Preferred Skills
Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns
ROAS-driven mindset with focus on results
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ads
EdTech industry experience preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
