Team member wet chemistry to work in shifts.

Receipt of Goods receipt Note(GRN) & COAs of Raw Materials & packing materials through SAP.
Responsible for the analysis of Inprocess samples, Raw materials, Packing materials, Intermediates, Finished product, Stability study, Holding time study samples, Working standards, Reference standards and analyst evaluation which are related to Standalone instruments.
To handle WET analytical instruments and non-CDS instruments for analyzing the samples.
To raise Incidents/OOS/OOT/OOC/CAPA/ Deviations as per the procedure if anything observed during analysis.
Responsible to support during investigation related to incidents / OOS/OOT/OOC/deviations occurred across the lab during analysis.
To follow the implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action across the lab as per the requirement.
To complete allotted trainings as per the scheduled individual training matrix.
Responsible for the SAP activity. Request of observation data sheets in DMS, annexures used for analysis and Non- routine activities, annexures from SOP used in Quality control. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis(COA�s). Responsible for the maintenance of standard certificates.
Adherence to product specifications, Standard operating procedures, instrument operating procedures.
Preparation of volumetric solutions and test solutions as per the requirement and its documentation.
Review and maintenance of quality Records.
Adherence to GLP, GDP and cGMP practices in Quality Control Laboratory.
Daily calibration of pH meter, conductivity meter, coulometer, balances and KF apparatus as per the requirement. Temperature monitoring in the laboratory.
Maintenance and Daily monitoring activity of Temperature and humidity for Stability chambers.
Preparation of Protocol, Registration, Inventory and entering of stability results in LIMS as per the requirement.
SAP, Track wise and LIMS activities as per the designated roles.
