Qualification - DEE / BE Electrical
Critical Skills & Personal Attributes

1) Should Knowledge of Robot Maint.

2) Current Installations of robots , Programming , Teaching

3) Knowledge of Robotic Path , pneumatic , Troubleshooting of Robot & I/O interfacing

4) Should Have Valuable Knowledge of ISO /TS & Audit documentation of maintenance

5) Knowledge of PLC & Programming

6) Knowledge of Electrical LT Power Distribution
Main responsibility

1) Analysis of break down ,ability to find root cause with preventive action

2) Decision making ability in critical break down

3) Spare part procurement & management

4) Knowledge of Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating,



fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic not mechanicaL principles.

5) Handling shift activities of maintenance

6) Involved in Recent machines installation & commissioning activities.

7) Responsible for Utility equipment maintenance
Work Styles

1) Proper PPE must be used according to ultra policy.

2) Always use proper tools and fixtures when servicing the equipment.

3) Lean / TPM / 5's.

4) Soft Skill Knowledge of computer excel, word & PPT /SAP
