Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, subcontractors, workers and vendors.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and equipment required at the site.
Allocate work to workers and contractors and monitor their productivity.
Check the quality of concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing and other civil works.
Coordinate with engineers for technical clarifications and site requirements.
Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly progress reports to management.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Verify measurements of completed work and coordinate with contractors for billing.
Identify site issues, delays and quality problems and take corrective action.




Maintain site records, work progress reports, material records and attendance.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Coordinate with purchase/stores teams for timely availability of materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping at the work location.
Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline, budget and quality requirements.
Handle coordination with clients, consultants and other stakeholders when required.
Perform any other site-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
