Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with solid expertise in Java (Spring Boot) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and a robust troubleshooting mindset.

You will work across the stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to designing robust, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for deployment and infrastructure management
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews




Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Exposure to AI Tools - GitHub, Copilot, Chatgpt etc.
Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and distributed systems
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Proficient in Git/version control systems
Good to Have
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, etc.)
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (App Insights, ELK, etc.)
Understanding of security best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings
