Role Description
The Apprentice HR role at Voith Turbo is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. The apprentice will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding processes. The role involves helping implement HR policies, supporting personnel management tasks,



and assisting with employee benefits administration. The apprentice will collaborate with the HR team on documentation, reporting, and compliance-related activities, and may be involved in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Perks, and willingness to support policy implementation and benefits administration.
- Basic exposure to Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting staffing processes.
