Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps strategy, transformation, and operational excellence for large-scale enterprise software products. The role will own the design, implementation, and modernization of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both legacy DevOps technologies such as Jenkins and contemporary cloud-native platforms including Kubernetes and Docker. This individual will drive DevOps transformation initiatives, enabling scalable, secure, and highly available deployments across product portfolios. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Cyber Security, and Services teams. The candidate will establish best practices for release engineering, environment management, monitoring, and observability. Experience leading DevOps transitions for complex enterprise applications is essential. A strong focus on automation, developer productivity, platform scalability,



and operational efficiency is expected. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader and mentor while driving continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Define and own the DevOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across enterprise software products and platforms.
- Lead modernization efforts from legacy CI/CD technologies to cloud-native deployment architectures leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Drive DevOps transformation initiatives across multiple products, teams, and environments to improve deployment reliability, speed, security, and operational efficiency.
