To manage and enhance placement activities for candidates trained under BFSI programs. The Placement Manager will be responsible for building solid industry linkages, coordinating placement drives, and ensuring successful job placements for students/trainees in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibility-

Placement Operations & Coordination:• Coordinate end-to-end placement processes, ensuring smooth communication between students, internal teams, recruiters network & placement agencies. • Maintain placement trackers, dashboards, and reports with accurate, updated data.• Ensure timely flow of information across all stakeholders during placement cycles.

Student Readiness Support:• Help students refine resumes, LinkedIn profiles,



and other required placement documents.• Guide students through application processes and company-specific requirements.• Conduct basic readiness checks to ensure students meet criteria before company drives

Student Engagement & Communication:• Share updates, placement notifications, guidelines, and deadlines in a timely and structured manner.• Conduct group briefings and FAQ sessions on placement processes and expectations.• Act as the first point of contact for student queries related to placement operations.

Administrative & Data Management:• Maintain detailed student records, selection status, recruiter feedback, and placement outcomes.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal teams & client
