Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Application Support, Techno-Functional Support, or Triage Engineering roles.
- Solid experience supporting and troubleshooting third-party enterprise applications.
- Ability to perform application configuration and resolve small to medium complexity issues independently.
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in Hydro Water Generation / Hydroelectric Power Operations.
- Exposure to operational technology (OT) and power generation applications.
- Experience with OSIsoft / AVEVA PI System.
- Strong working knowledge of PI DataLink for reporting, analysis, and data extraction.
- Familiarity with QA processes and software testing methodologies.
- Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Utility, Energy, or Power Generation sectors.
- Exposure to SCADA, Asset Management, Maintenance, or Operations applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
