Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress, costs, and scheduling.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.




Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, preferably in the hospitality or commercial sector.
Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
