You will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital files, entering numerical/textual data into internal software, transcribing records, and maintaining organized databases. Key Responsibilities Data Digitization: Type and transfer handwritten, scanned, or printed content into Word documents, spreadsheets, or database systems. Accuracy & Formatting: Proofread typed documents to correct spelling, grammatical, or structural errors before final submission. Speed Maintenance: Maintain a steady workflow while ensuring low error rates under tight deadlines. File Management: Organize, update,



and back up physical and digital files to keep databases accessible and secure. General Clerical Tasks: Assist with basic scanning, printing, email correspondence, and routine office documentation. Candidate Requirements & Key Skills Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35–40 WPM in English (Hindi typing skills are a plus). Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and web browsers. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot formatting issues and typographical errors quickly.
