Your Role at Relatient:
We’re seeking an
Implementation Analyst
to join our team. Our office is in
Amar Tech Park
and brings an amazing culture where we focus on work that makes a difference.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients by configuring, implementing, and supporting Relatient solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Troubleshoot application issues, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to drive successful resolutions.
- Manage customer implementations and support requests, communicate proactively, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E./B. Tech,



Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
- 2+ years of experience in software consulting, product implementation, customer support, or a related technical role.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, SQL, debugging, APIs, and tools such as Postman is preferred. Automation or scripting experience is a plus.
- Experience working within the healthcare technology industry is preferred.
