Position: Key Account Manager (Fresher) – Lithium-ion Batteries

About the Company

Waarta Connections Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing manufacturer and solution provider in the Lithium-ion Battery, Energy Storage, and Clean Energy sector. We design and manufacture high-performance lithium battery packs for electric mobility, industrial equipment, robotics, energy storage systems, and customized OEM applications.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Key Account Manager who is eager to build a career in B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and OEMs
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lithium-ion battery solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.




- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and forecasts
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics) or
- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com with strong interest in technical sales.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
