1. Act as the primary point of contact for founders working out of Lumio Desk and ensure their concerns are resolved within agreed timelines.
2. Work closely with the founders to take ownership of operational responsibilities.
3. Review daily reports from the operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workspace.
4. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
5. Build relationships with our founder community and deliver an exceptional member experience.
6. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to processes.
7. Take ownership of cross-functional projects as the company grows.
Pay: ₹15,317.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
