Designation: Project Coordinator

Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with around 1 year of experience and a basic IT/technical background. The candidate will support project managers and technical teams with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, tracking, scheduling, and communication activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions and decisions.
Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and pending actions.
Follow up with team members to collect updates and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain project plans, schedules, resource information, and other project-related records.
Prepare basic weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboards.
Coordinate communication between technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.




Assist with project onboarding, documentation, and process-related activities.
Maintain organized project repositories and ensure documents are properly updated and accessible.
Identify basic project risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Support other project management and coordination activities as required.

Requirements and skills:
IT/Technical Understanding:

Basic understanding of software development, applications, databases, cloud, or IT project settings.
Project Coordination:

Ability to track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups effectively.
Documentation:

Good skills in preparing and maintaining project documents, meeting minutes, trackers, and reports.
Communication:

Valuable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
