About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Trainer / Mentor with strong practical knowledge of UX Design, UI Design, and current industry trends. The candidate should be capable of mentoring students and career-focused learners and helping them become job-ready designers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical UI/UX training sessions.
- Strong focus on UX Design and User Research.
- Teach UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Usability.
- Guide students through real-world projects and portfolios.
- Provide design feedback and career guidance.
- Understand and teach current UI/UX industry and market trends.
- Mentor students preparing for interviews and career transitions.
- Continuously update knowledge of new design and AI tools.

Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design or training experience.




- Strong UX knowledge and practical design skills.
- Positive understanding of current UI/UX industry trends.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Knowledge of modern design and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Tamil – Mandatory.
- Good professional communication in English.
- Ability to handle and mentor different types of learners.
- Tamil & English communication skills are mandatory.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is preferred.

Preferred Profile

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
