cutting-edge omnichannel platform powered by social listening, analytics, and reporting.
We are looking for a Project Manager (Software) with 7+ years of experience leading complex technology projects end-to- end. This role will act as the central coordinator across engineering, product, QA, and business teams—ensuring structured execution, clear communication, and timely delivery. The person will handle day-to-day management of projects so the CTO can focus on architecture, R&D;, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily execution of all active software projects.
Maintain complete clarity across teams on scope, requirements, timelines, and ownership.
Convert high-level technical requirements into detailed project plans with clear milestones.
Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and ensure accurate progress tracking.
Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive fast resolution.




Present structured project updates to leadership with explicit visibility on status, risks, and mitigation.
Streamline process workflows to improve delivery velocity and reduce friction across teams.
Ensure documentation, handovers, and delivery standards are consistently followed.
Serve as the bridge between the CTO and execution teams, improving communication and reducing dependency bottlenecks.

Required Experience & Skills
8+ years in software project management, technical program management, or engineering project leadership.
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a tech or SaaS environment.
Strong technical acumen—able to understand engineering challenges and drive decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
Ability to introduce structure and discipline while maintaining startup speed.
Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
