Position: Billing Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to join our team and support residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing, reconciliation, and cost analysis, with proficiency in modern construction methods. This role requires active coordination with site teams to ensure accurate billing, productive project management, and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Bills Certification: Verify contractor RA/Final bills against BOQ, drawings, measurements, and work order terms.
• BBS Checking: Review and validate Bar Bending Schedules for accuracy and quantity correctness.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project cost vs. approved budget; track committed vs. actual cost and highlight deviations.
• Work Order Study & Tracking: Understand scope, rates, inclusions/exclusions,



escalation clauses; track compliance and scope changes.
• Site Progress Checking: Conduct site visits, verify physical progress, compare actual vs. planned, and document with photos/measurements.
• Escalation & Quantity Variations: Track rate escalations, quantity deviations, and maintain variation/change order registers.
• Schedule Tracking: Update project schedule, track milestone progress vs. baseline, identify delays, and prepare lookahead schedules.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE. Civil). Diploma holders may not apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in billing and estimation processes.

• Handson knowledge in MS Excel and AutoCad.
