Stratas Advisors seeks a Consultant to join our Downstream team, which covers fuel production (refined products, e-fuels, and other low-carbon fuels), hydrogen, and petrochemicals.

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full time position that will support our subscription-based services and consulting engagements by providing qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, with the following responsibilities
- Help expand and manage databases
(especially petrochemicals)
- Research, monitor, and analyze industry developments, as well as policies and regulations
- Write and update reports pertaining to the energy and related sectors and associated topics, including decarbonization initiatives




- Assist with preparing client deliverables associated with consulting engagements
- Support Interactions at all levels with clients and contacts of Stratas Advisors across the globe, many of whom are senior executives in leading multinational companies, as well as industry leaders and policymakers
- Support business development activities
- Light travel could be required as part of consulting engagements

Qualifications and Requirements
- Legally authorized to work as a full-time employee
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Business Management, or Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Min 3.0/4.0 GPA in undergraduate school
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities such as consulting engagements
- Good writing skills
- Computer-proficient, including applications such as Excel, Wo
