We are looking for an Operations In-Charge who will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the relationship and coordinating the project from initial engagement through to final submission. The role requires strong client-handling, communication, coordination, follow-up, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle—from initial enquiry and project onboarding to final submission.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate internally, and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Regularly visit clients as and when required to understand requirements, provide updates, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, and coordinate required resources.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and submission.




- Proactively follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on pending tasks and requirements.
- Keep clients informed about project progress, timelines, requirements, and any changes.
- Identify project-related challenges and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, client records, correspondence, and other required documentation.
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support client retention, repeat business, and development of current client relationships.
