Opportunity

As a Project Controller,



you will provide operational and administrative support across the ELT Product function, helping ensure product information, contracts, and project data are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Contracts and IP activities, including the preparation of Letters of Agreement and New Publication Forms.
- Maintaining royalty trackers, IP records, and project information across systems such as ClickUp, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Managing product and metadata records to support successful product development and delivery.
- Creating and maintaining project-related Teams sites, access codes, and digital product records.
- Supporting the management of digital content requests and archive retrieval activities.
- Assisting project teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers, and workflow records across multiple projects.
