About the Role

SuppleSoft is looking for a highly energetic, confident, and result-oriented
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to build our outbound sales pipeline for software development, cloud, AI, data engineering, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT services.

We need someone who is
assertive but skilled
, comfortable approaching senior decision-makers, and capable of converting cold prospects into qualified business meetings.

This is not simply a lead-generation/data-entry position. The SDR will be responsible for researching accounts, identifying buying signals, creating personalized outreach, cold calling prospects, handling initial objections, and booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B customers in the US and international markets.




- Build targeted account lists based on SuppleSoft's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads, Founders, IT Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Research companies for technology stacks, hiring activity, funding, expansion, leadership changes, and potential technology challenges.
- Prioritize accounts using
Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 account segmentation

- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms for account and contact discovery.
- Execute coordinated outreach through:
- Cold calling
- Email
- LinkedIn
- InMail
- Social engagement
- Execute structured
14-day multi-channel outbound sequences

- Write short, personalized and customer-focused emails.
- Conduct confident cold calls with senior technology decision-makers.
- Handle objections such as:
- "We already have an internal development team."
- "We don't have the budget."
- "This isn't a priority."
