Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the night shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily and weekly production plans.
Monitor machine performance and optimize machine utilization.
Maintain product quality as per company standards and customer requirements.
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Lead, guide, and motivate machine operators and production staff.
Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Prepare and maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift handover logs.
Monitor daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery commitments.




Complete and review batch records, logbooks, and production documentation accurately.
Perform in-process quality checks and support audits and inspections.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Identify prospects for process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
Ensure smooth communication and handover between shifts.

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech/DME) in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in shopfloor supervision within a manufacturing workplace.
