Key responsibility:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults in machinery and equipment.
Carry out installation, dismantling, alignment, and commissioning of machines.
Replace defective mechanical components such as bearings, gears, shafts, couplings, seals, belts, and chains.
Perform fitting, assembly, and repair work using hand and power tools.
Ensure smooth operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health records.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts records.
Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and machine layouts.
Experience in bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and machine alignment.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
