Job Title: Junior Video Editor

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editorto join our team. You’ll work closely with the content and social media team to edit engaging videos for brands across food, lifestyle, fashion, and more, primarily for Instagram and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1) Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various purposes, including social media video posts/stories/reels, branding videos, ad campaign videos, and event videos.

2) Ensure that video content is visually compelling, engaging, and effectively communicates key messages to the target audience.

4) Assist senior editor in organizing and managing video assets.

5) Communicate effectively with team members to understand project objectives and provide updates on task progress.

6) Ensure that videos adhere to project specifications, branding guidelines, and technical requirements.

Requirements:




Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Understanding of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good to Have
Knowledge of After Effects or basic motion graphics
Experience editing content for brands or social media pages
Interest in content creation, digital marketing, or storytelling
