- HyTechPro is seeking an experienced and detail -driven Contract Manager to manage and govern customer contracts for our US -based clients.
- This role is responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle post -quote creation, ensuring legal, commercial, and financial compliance across IT services engagements.
- The Contract Manager will work closely with sales, delivery, finance, and legal stakeholders to mitigate risk, ensure contractual accuracy, and support smooth execution of client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed contract reviews after quote creation to ensure alignment with approved commercial terms, scope, pricing, and US legal standards.
- Manage contract modifications, including adding or removing services, preparing amendments, and adjusting quotes in collaboration with sales and finance teams.
- Review customer contracts to process disconnects, terminations, and service changes, ensuring adherence to termination, notice, and cancellation clauses.
- Calculate and validate Early Termination Fees (ETFs) in accordance with contractual terms and US commercial practices.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between sales, project managers, implementation teams, finance, and legal to ensure seamless transition from deal closure to delivery.
- Manage contract -related activities within a queue - or ticket -based system, prioritizing workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure timely completion of contract deliverables, particularly during end -of -month and end -of -quarter close cycles.
- Conduct regular audits of contracts and invoices to confirm accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed pricing, milestones, and service obligations.
- Identify contractual risks, deviations, or compliance issues and proactively work with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Maintain organized, audit -ready contract documentation and ensure version control across all contract records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, US -based clients, and external vendors regarding contract terms, revisions, clarifications, and compliance matters.
- Support adherence to internal governance policies and applicable US regulatory and contractual standards.
