Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Land Development Engineer with expertise in land subdivision, re-platting, site development, and residential lot planning.
- The candidate should have experience working on US and/or Canadian projects and be familiar with interpreting local bylaws, zoning regulations, subdivision requirements, engineering standards, and municipal development guidelines across different jurisdictions.
- The ideal candidate should be able to assess land-development feasibility, optimize lot layouts, prepare/review re-plat, roads, drainage, parking and subdivision plans as per the county demands and coordinate with surveyors and consultants, and support projects through permitting and local authority approvals. Should have a vast communication skills.
