You will lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, ensuring continuous 24-hour delivery velocity in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience

• Deep expertise in Python

• Strong technical leadership or engineering management experience

• Experience with contemporary DevSecOps practices and tooling

• Strong Cloud Security knowledge

• Hands-on CI/CD ecosystem experience

• Complete technical ownership of system architecture, performance, and security

• Experience performing secure code reviews

• Ability to mentor engineers and provide creative technical direction

• Upper-intermediate English communication skills
