Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹28,000 - ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Visit customer premises to provide onsite technical support and assistance.
Address customer queries and resolve issues related to TallyPrime, Tally ERP 9, and accounting processes.
Guide customers on effective utilization of Tally features for accounting, inventory, taxation, and financial management.
Coordinate with the internal technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Conduct end-user training sessions and corporate training programs at client locations.
Assist customers in data migration, backup, and software updates.
Stay updated with the latest Tally products, features, statutory changes, and best practices.
Contribute to the preparation of user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs,



and training materials.
Participate in team meetings, product training, and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, GST, TDS, and taxation concepts.
Hands-on experience with TallyPrime and/or Tally ERP 9.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a field support setting.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Preferred Skills Sets
Certification in TallyPrime/Tally ERP or any accounting software will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or accounting software implementation.
