Educational Qualifications
Master's Degree (M.A. English/English Language Teaching/Linguistics or equivalent) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
UGC-NET is highly preferred.

Desired Skills
Solid command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
Excellent teaching skills in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking (RWLS).
Ability to train students in presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interviews, and workplace communication.
Proficiency in digital teaching tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and blended learning methodologies.




Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching tools, language learning platforms, and online assessment techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Experience in conducting language labs, communication workshops, and soft skills training will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate English language and communication courses.
Develop students' Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking (RWLS) skills through interactive and learner-centered pedagogies.
Conduct Spoken English, Business Communication, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Employability Skills training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assessments, and language learning resources.
Mentor students for placements, interviews, presentations, group discussions, and competitive examinations.
